I adopted a puppy from Acorn Kennels just before Christmas. I had visited a few other shelters on various occasions over the past few months looking for the right dog for my family, and happened to find her on my first visit to Acorn Kennels. I found the attitudes of the staff there to be very friendly and helpful, the man who introduced me to Pepper asked me about what kind of dog I was looking for, with no judgement or pretentiousness as you can sometimes get at dog shelters (even though they have the best intentions... I know!). At other shelters I have sometimes been presumed to know little/nothing about dog care and even talked down to, before having the chance to share my experience and lifestyle, etc. Here this was not the case and my family, including my 3 year old daughter, were all treated with respect and thankfully were introduced to our lovely pup Pepper! Overall it was a lovely and personal adoption experience. Thanks to everyone at Acorn for our gorgeous pup! x

What a fantastic place. Really professional and they care about the dogs so much. Recently adopted the most wonderful dog from them and couldn't be happier. Please keep up the good work.

We have been with Leonard Brothers for just over two years and they have treated all our pets with love and compassion. We could not speak more highly of them and would recommend them without hesitation. The reception staff are all extremely friendly and very helpful All the vets ensure that animal welfare is priority and keep owners informed at all times. John.and Karen🐆

I have 3 German Shepherds registered at Leonard Brothers. All 3 of them are enrolled in their Lifetime Care Club which is excellent value for money. Every time we visit we are welcomed by the receptionists and never have to wait very long. We always get to see the same vet and all 3 of my dogs are made a fuss over and treated as individual animals xx Their reminder and follow up service is fantastic and I can honestly say this is the best veterinary practice I have ever been registered with. My dogs actually ‘like’ going to the vets !!
